As we continue to operate at reduced capacity, it is critical to our business that we not refund or reschedule passengers who do not show up without giving us adequate time to resell their tickets.
We almost always have a waiting list, but we cannot use it, if we do not know in advance, that you are not going to be there.

Drink What You Like!
At Red Boat Tours, we never tell you what to drink!
Our cruises are always B.Y.O.B., so you can bring whatever you like to drink and snack on!

Children of all ages are welcome aboard any of our cruises unless otherwise noted in the cruise description. Please note, however, that we require every person on board to have a paid ticket, regardless of age. Ticket prices are the same for everyone, children five and under will be discounted, but must also have a ticket. Evening cruises are B.Y.O.B.
It is our goal, that you be completely satisfied with your boat tour aboard the White Pelican. Our First Mates work hard to be sure that you and your family members are safe and comfortable while you're with us. If they have done a good job and you have had a good time, your gratuities will show them your appreciation.
Gratuities are not included in ticket prices and are greatly appreciated by the crew.
Please don't call us if you are concerned that we may cancel due to weather.
If you are concerned with the weather, trust that we are as well. If we do need to cancel, due to weather or any other unforeseen issue, we will send an email and a text to the address and number you have provided during booking, advising you of the changes. If the contact information that you provide us when you book your ticket is not accurate, or you are not monitoring it, we can not contact you and advise you of any changes.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and No Shows/Missed Departures will not be refunded or rescheduled and will be charged a $10 per person service fee, as we did not have the opportunity to resell those seats.
Cancellations with 24 hours, but less than 48 hours notice, will not be refunded, but may reschedule, with a $10 per person rescheduling fee.
Cancellations with 48 hours notice may be rescheduled, or refunded, at the discretion of the customer.
Trips cancelled by Red Boat, for any reason, are subject to rescheduling or refund, at the discretion of the customer.
If you are a Groupon customer and you contact Groupon directly to cancel a Red Boat booking, that DOES NOT cancel your reservation with Red Boat. YOU MUST still contact Red Boat and cancel your reservation, subject to the above guidelines.
